Section 18
Ineligibility for Membership Registration
The following persons shall not be considered eligible for membership in the Society:-
(a) Not qualified under sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 16,
(b) not having completed the age of twenty-one years,
(c) ………………..
(d) If the moneylender is unable to pay his debt, he falls into the debt,
(e) Convicted by a court on a criminal charge of moral turpitude,
(f) Brain damage.
